  • 59 workshops and webinars offered, with a total of 2,857 participants

  • 2,109 health coaching appointments completed, including next steps consults

Over 1,450 members of the DTE family have utilized the Livongo condition management program and experienced A1C reduction, blood pressure reduction and weight loss.

Taking care to find balance and protect your mental health.


Over 2,300 members of our DTE family participated in person or virtually in our third Mental Health Town Hall hosted by our CEO, Jerry Norcia. We expanded the conversation by including a panel of DTE employees who shared personal stories about how they overcame mental health challenges.

Socially Connected

One of the ways DTE supports social connectivity is through health challenges. In 2023, 1,733 employees participated in three different challenges.

By the end of 2023, DTE participants experienced an astonishing $16,365,750 total financial turnaround through SmartDollar. This online program is a free company benefit for employees who want to take control of their money.
